The Guy & Gallard Group is a full service specialty food and coffee conglomerate comprised of eight Eurobar cafes, a commissary for all food preparation, and a corporate catering division. The Guy and Gallard Group intends to open two or possibly three new locations by the end of 2007.
Guy & Gallard serves approximately nine thousand customers each day, with over six-hundred active corporate accounts. Our target market is a combination of corporations, business people, residents and tourists in Midtown Manhattan. Food is good and the prices are great. The service isn't so great. My order is always wrong, the menu is never accurate and I'm always over charged.

50 minutes to deliver slop literally a block away to my office. haphazardly packaged, egg yolks on my egg sandwich pooling onto everything else in the bag because they dont know how to close a container. idk how you call ahead to confirm order and delivery address and take 50m to go one block over. everything is soggy. drink is luke warm. just terrible

Despite the fact that everyone in my office loves ordering from Guy and Gallard I had a terrible experience. They didn't send me the soup I ordered, which was SUPPOSED to be Butternut Squash. They sent me a mushroom soup with semi-hard/gummy chunks of mushrooms and a broth that tasted like it was out of a can. I ended up throwing the soup out completely. My salad was also a disaster with WAYYY too much onion (probably because that was a free salad item) and absolutely NO avocado which I paid something like $2 extra for. The salad was a dissapointment and the soup was just a disaster. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The 2 Cappuccinos we ordered were horribly burnt tasting. The replacement cappuccinos were even worse. Also we requested them light and they came extremely dark. Yuck.

Mushroom Bisque soup is SOOOOOO good!!! Especially if you love mushrooms the way I do. :)

I had soup and a sandwich from this restaurant and both were terrible. The soup had nothing in it...and the sandwich was saturated in sauce that made the bread soggy. Very disappointed and will not order from here again.

Our firm orders lunch for client meetings from this Guy & Gallard location specifically because they are so dependable in quality and delivery times. The sandwiches come cut in half so we just arrange all the halves on a platter so people can select two different kinds if they want. The side orders are an excellent addition to make it a well rounded meal.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and their roast beef is well done so if you want rare specify. Also, I ordered a dessert and never received it. Don't try G&G because they were very impolite when I explain that I didn't mind, but I shouldn't be charged for it. So contact Seamlessweb and they were so nice and businesslike -reimbursed me.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich on a baguette with cheese, roasted peppers, lettuce and tomato. They gave me everything except the ROAST BEEF! Kind of disappointing after waiting an hour for it to be delivered.

This place took a pre-packed salad and added the stuff I ordered. I the pre-packed had stuff in there I didn't even order. They didn't take time to make me a salad from stratch! This place lacks customer service and justs wants cash!
